Each session lasts 60 minutes, and will be held over Skype, Google Hangouts, Discord, or another video chat software. In each session, we will spend a few minutes checking in, addressing any questions you have, and discussing any health concerns before getting started. The yoga sequence itself will last up to 50 minutes. We will spend the last few minutes before signing off on questions. You will receive a visual copy of the sequence we practiced as "homework" that you can choose to practice between sessions.
