Practice guided, personalized yoga from the comfort of your home!
Each session lasts 60 minutes, and will be held over Zoom. Zoom can be used on computer and smart phone. I will send you a link via email before each session; there may be a small download and install. In each session, we will spend a few minutes checking in, addressing any questions you have, and discussing any health concerns before getting started. The yoga sequence itself will typically last 50 minutes. We will spend the last few minutes before signing off on questions. You will receive a visual copy of the sequence we practiced with written cues as "homework" that you can choose to practice between sessions.
